The Art of Hosting Good Conversations

In class today we came up with what we felt like were the main points needed in order to host a good conversation. Here was what we came up with:

• have fun 
• avoid taking 
• maintain connection 
• encourage people to talk amongst yourselves 
• stay with the topic 
• set a good example 
• value others' perspectives 
• be fair 
• listen 
• welcome others 
• accept everyone
