Today I Interviewed An Expert

Today I interviewed Cory Doctorow, a man I didn't even know existed before but now have gotten the opportunity to learn from this expert. For those who don't know Cory is a technology activist which is someone who brings to light the changes needed within the infrastructure of technology, while also being a science fiction writer, writing things from novels to picture books. From the interview today I had various feelings and thoughts ranging from to intimidation to enlightenment. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to keep up all the time as he is an intellectual but even if I couldn't understand some things I walked away with a better understanding but more importantly a new experience. I don't think I would've received such an opportunity to sit in on such an interesting interview let alone hear from an expert like, Doctorow, but this is new experience I'll definitely learn from. So far a good first expert interview and looking forward to the next opportunity.
