Failing To Plan Is Planning To Fail

In the storyline of F451 after Montag meets up with Faber, both of them conspire to take down the firefighters of their country by secretly planting books in all the firefighter's houses in order for them to be framed and burned down. This a very big and ironic plan but in order to do this they need copies of books and to infiltrate the firefighter's houses, so they have a lot of coordinating to do. As to where this plan might go I actually have no idea but since it's such an outreaching plan I have my doubts of what they will be able to accomplish.
