My MOM On My Big Question
For those who unaware I am not talking about my mom but it's instead an acronym. MOM stands for "Minute of Mindfulness" which is a minute we take for ourselves before class starts to think about a thought we want to focus on or just remind ourselves of the present we are at in that moment. So the past couple of days I have been using my MOM to think about my Big Question and what I've realized/thought about so far is that even though this question might seem pretty straight forward there are actually a lot of unspoken components to the question that I didn't think about till I took the time to. Especially since I'm a "hands-on" learner I'm looking for ways to teach myself more about the topic through a more hands-on way.
